New DOSQD or DOS Quiet Drive [Leaked Photo]

I don’t know where these leaks are coming from but I’m excited!

What we are seeing here is the packaging for the yet-to-be-announced and released DOSQD.

I heard it’s supposed to improve on the pain points of the current DOS - it’s loud and it doesn’t do continuous duty.

Noise - If you use the DOS for water changes or dose a lot of chemicals per day you know how loud the unit is. For most people who dose small amounts at a time this is not an issue but when your tank is in your living space this is hard to ignore.

Continuous Duty - If this happens it’s about time, almost every major manufacturer in the reefing hobby has an offering for continuous duty dosing for calcium reactors and kalkwasser. This is Neptune Systems finally stepping into this area.
